How Code2Native collects, uses, and protects your information.

Information We Collect

  • +Account Data: Email address, name (if provided), and authentication credentials when you create an account.
  • +Project Data: Project names, target URLs, Git repository URLs, custom configurations (icons, splash screens, app names).
  • +Build Data: Build logs, status history, artifact metadata, and platform-specific settings.
  • +Usage Data: Credits usage, build frequency, feature utilization for service improvement.
  • +Payment Data: Processed by third-party providers (Stripe, EPUSDT). We store order IDs and credited amounts only—never card or wallet details.

How We Use Your Data

  • +Service Delivery: Create projects, execute builds, generate artifacts (APK, IPA, EXE), and deliver download links.
  • +Notifications: Send build status emails, webhook callbacks, and important service announcements.
  • +Security: Detect abuse, enforce rate limits, protect infrastructure from malicious builds.
  • +Improvement: Analyze aggregated usage patterns to enhance build performance and user experience.

Data Sharing

  • +Service Providers: Cloud hosting (build workers), payment processors (Stripe), error monitoring (Sentry).
  • +No Data Sales: We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
  • +Legal Compliance: We may disclose data when required by law or to protect our rights and users.

Data Retention

  • +Build Artifacts: Automatically deleted after 30 days by default. Download promptly.
  • +Build Logs: Retained for 7 days by default. Retention can be adjusted by the system operator for troubleshooting and compliance needs.
  • +Source Code (Agency Tier): Agency-tier builds may include a source archive for re-build/download workflows. Archive retention follows artifact retention settings and can be deleted on request.
  • +Account Data: Kept while your account is active. Deleted upon verified account termination request.
  • +Billing Records: Retained as required by financial regulations (typically 7 years).

Your Rights & Choices

  • +Access & Update: Modify your account details anytime via the dashboard.
  • +Data Export: Request a copy of your data by contacting support.
  • +Account Deletion: Email us to delete your account. Note: billing/legal records may be retained as required.
  • +Opt-out: Disable non-essential notifications in your settings.

Security Measures

  • +All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS).
  • +Build environments run in isolated workspaces/containers where applicable.
  • +Sensitive credentials (keystores, API keys) are encrypted at rest.
  • +Security controls are reviewed and improved on an ongoing basis.

  • +Analytics: We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand usage patterns.

Our commitment
