Terms of Service

By using Code2Native, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Last updated: October 3, 2026

Account & Usage

  • +Account Registration: You must provide accurate email and information. Keep your credentials secure.
  • +Acceptable Use: Do not use Code2Native for unlawful content, malware, copyright infringement, or any illegal purpose.
  • +Account Suspension: We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, policy violations, or non-payment.
  • +Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this service.

Billing & Credits

  • +Credit System: Builds consume credits: Android builds cost 1 credit, Windows builds 2, iOS builds 3. Credits do not expire.
  • +Subscriptions: Paid via Stripe or USDT. Subscription credits refresh monthly.
  • +Refunds: Platform and network faults refund the credit. A compile that would fail on your laptop does not. Cancelled builds do not refund. Preview (Free) wrap gets one customer-config mishap refund per project.
  • +No Refunds: Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or for verified service failures.
  • +Price Changes: We may update pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions honored until renewal.

Builds & Artifacts

  • +Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content, legality, and distribution of apps you build.
  • +Build File Retention: We store the files your builds produce (for example APK, AAB, IPA, EXE and DMG files, and source archives on Agency) and delete them on the schedule below. Deleted files cannot be recovered, so keep your own copy of every version you release. Each build page shows, in UTC, the date its files will be deleted, or that they have no deletion date. We never delete a file before the date shown unless your plan or App license ends or changes; the date is then recalculated as described in When a Plan Ends.
  • +Free Builds: Deleted at least 30 days after the build finishes, on the date its build page shows. This includes your newest build.
  • +Paid Plans and App Licenses: While your plan is active, or while an app has an App license, the newest successful build of that app on each platform has no deletion date. A build is replaced when a newer successful build of the same app and platform finishes. On Android, builds whose main file is an AAB (for Google Play) count separately from all other builds: an AAB build is replaced only by a newer AAB build, so a test APK never replaces your newest Google Play build. A replaced build is deleted 90 days later on Builder and for App-licensed apps, and 150 days later on Pro and Agency; when both a plan and an App license apply, the longer period wins. An app unlocked with our earlier one-time watermark removal counts as App-licensed.
  • +When a Plan Ends: Files follow the Free schedule, but none is deleted sooner than 30 days after the plan ended. Apps with an App license keep the App-license schedule. If you buy a plan again, its schedule replaces this 30-day minimum: replaced builds are kept 90 or 150 days from when they were replaced, not from when you bought the plan again. Files already deleted cannot be restored.
  • +October 2026 Change: This schedule took effect on October 3, 2026. The newest successful build of each app on each platform at that moment, and every Agency source archive, is kept until at least October 31, 2026 in every time zone, or for 30 days after the schedule took effect if that is later, even if you make a newer build before then. Older builds keep their normal dates, which can be sooner. We announced the change on this page, in the changelog and in the dashboard.
  • +Links and Deleted Projects: Download and install links work only while the file they point to is stored; apps already installed on devices keep working. Deleting a build or a project deletes its build files, build logs and app icons, and the source ZIPs and images uploaded for it that no other project or build uses. Any build file left over is deleted within 30 days. Uploads never attached to a build or project are not deleted automatically; email [email protected] to have them removed.
  • +Build Logs: Kept for 30 days by default, then deleted; we may change this period for troubleshooting. A short error summary stays with the build record.
  • +No Store Guarantees: We do not guarantee approval on App Store, Play Store, or Windows Store. Best-effort guidance only.
  • +Source Code: Source code is copied into an isolated, temporary build workspace. On our Linux build servers the workspace is deleted about 3 days after the build by default; on our Mac build server it is cleared before the next build starts. Source ZIPs you upload are kept so you can rebuild, until you delete every build and project that uses them; email [email protected] to have one deleted sooner. Agency builds may also produce a downloadable source archive, which follows the build file schedule.

Contact

Fair use

We strive to provide a reliable, fair service. If you encounter issues, contact us first—we're committed to resolving problems and treating all users fairly.

Unlimited-build plans (Agency) are subject to a fair-use ceiling of 300 builds per calendar month per account. This exists to keep the shared build queue fast for everyone; reaching it in normal agency work is rare, and we'll reach out before it ever affects you. Reselling raw build capacity is not permitted.
